Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with reputed brands or agencies, a deep understanding of digital and social media marketing, and expertise in paid media, brand strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will oversee PR, social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

•  Oversee all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, email, social media) to ensure brand consistency.

•  Measure and report on ROI, KPIs, and budget allocation for marketing initiatives.

•  Design and implement campaigns to drive customer interaction and loyalty.

•  Manage and optimize social media accounts to strengthen brand presence.

•  Enhance online content with a focus on SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.

•  Forecast sales trends and proactively strategize to capture market share.

•  Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to align strategies and boost customer satisfaction.

•  Lead and inspire the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

•  Monitor competitors and propose innovative strategies to differentiate the brand.

•  Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Head/Director or similar leadership role.

•  Extensive expertise in online media campaigns (CPC, CPM, CPL, CPD, CPI) and ROI optimization.

•  Demonstrated success in designing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns.

•  In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and their strategic application.

•  Proficiency with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and online marketing tools.

•  Familiarity with web design principles and best practices.

•  Exceptional analytical, project management, and team leadership skills.

•  Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a strategic mindset.
