Job Title: Sales Engineer (Manager Grade ) – UPS Solutions
Location: Delhi & Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in UPS Sales
Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of UPS systems and power protection solutions in the assigned region (Delhi or Mumbai).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries including IT, manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, and infrastructure.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, facility managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics to the regional head.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in selling UPS systems or related power backup solutions.
- Strong understanding of single-phase and three-phase UPS, power conditioning, and energy management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Experience working with enterprise clients or data centre environments.
