Job Description :

1. Spearheading sales of Smart Card printers for North India market through strategic alliance
2. Meeting Sales target allotted by the Company, Visiting the Existing customers for generating additional business & explore new customer and tap profitable business opportunities.
3. Formulating annual business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realize organizational goals. 4. Job profile involve creating new avenues, Demonstration of the Product, conduct Partners and customer events, Helping partners in closing deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Implementing business development plans for achievement of organizational goal in terms of revenue and profitability targets. 6. Facilitating solutions / product development initiatives involving mapping of business requirements and in depth evaluation of
customer feedback to carry out modifications in product attributes.
7. Mapping client’s requirements, attending / conducting business user meeting, project planning & scheduling providing them customized business solutions.
8. Leading, training & monitoring the team to ensure efficiency in business operations and meeting of individual & group targets. 9. Business Development Aggressively upscale the business Development process was looking after opportunities of product line (Bar Code Printers, QR Code Scanners, Handheld Computers, Supplies and RFID Products) through solution partner.
10. Significantly involved in EOI, RFP and tender preparation and response.
11. Target Govt. Customers State transport departments, Smart cities, Police departments, Excise departments, NHAI, Airport Authority, Govt. Medical Colleges, NIC etc.
12. Identifying the customer need, preparing the complete solution, make the proposal, collect the order and explore new customer and tap profitable business opportunities.
13. Carried out the sourcing, product development, brand building and client relationship management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required.

Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management,
