About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in Mumbai. In this role, you will drive revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for key brands and customers by developing and executing strategic trade marketing initiatives. You will also play a pivotal role in delivering actionable consumer and market insights to fuel business growth and inform decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement the Trade Marketing Plan aligned with sales and marketing objectives, while effectively managing the trade marketing budget.

•  Enhance brand visibility and campaign execution through superior in-store planning, execution, and tracking, in line with annual marketing priorities.

•  Design and execute channel-specific marketing strategies for assigned retailers, ensuring tailored and impactful campaigns.

•  Conceptualize and roll out trade promotions and in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

•  Lead activation programs with partners to boost brand presence and ensure adherence to brand guidelines through regular point-of-sale visits.

•  Derive actionable strategies from customer insights by conducting market analysis and research to support business objectives.

•  Oversee data collection processes and analytical work plans to generate comprehensive insights for decision-making.

•  Identify business opportunities using research data and secure internal buy-in to act on them.

•  Present analysis, insights, and recommendations through compelling presentations and written reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

•  5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, Nutrition, OTC, or Telecom industries.

•  Proven track record in developing and executing trade marketing strategies and campaigns.
