Job Title: Director of Digital Content & Operations

Overview:
This is a strategic leadership role focused on digital content and operations, not centered on art, design, or film production. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the company’s digital presence in India, driving innovation, and fostering key business relationships. Reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer (CCO), the ideal candidate will combine entrepreneurial thinking, deep digital media expertise, and strong organizational skills to lead high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Relationships:
• Collaborate with the business development team to evaluate new briefs, develop pitches, and secure new client relationships.
• Oversee and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring high-quality creative output, strategic planning, and campaign execution.
• Step in as needed to bridge communication between junior operations teams and clients.
• Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive gaps to drive innovative solutions that align with company goals.
• Accompany the business development team during pitches, owning and presenting creative ideas.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data (with support), and recommend optimizations.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships through strategic and creative guidance.
Marketing & Digital Strategy:
• Align digital strategies with clients’ overarching marketing objectives.
• Develop engaging digital properties to enhance brand visibility and interaction.
• Position yourself as a thought leader in the digital space, representing the company’s creative vision.
Strategic Oversight:
• Ensure campaigns meet objectives and deliver measurable results, with support in analyzing performance metrics.
• Conduct research to support new initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide actionable feedback to clients and internal teams to refine strategies and processes.
• Distinguish between innovative, executable ideas and those requiring further refinement.
Operational Excellence:
• Maintain an organized database of ideas, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
• Challenge and optimize existing processes while establishing efficient new workflows.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design and business development, to align on priorities.
General Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business model, strengths, weaknesses, culture, and market position.
• Stay informed on digital media trends and industry developments.
• Contribute to strategic business meetings, championing team and organizational goals.

Reporting & Development:
• Reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer (CCO).
• Participates in regular supervision sessions to set goals, monitor performance, and identify training and development opportunities.
