- Post: Senior Manager/General Manager – QA (QMS Department)
- Experience: 20-25 years in Hot Forging & CNC Machine Shop environments.

Key Responsibilities:
As the leader of our QMS Department, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- QMS Documentation & Control:
- Oversee the issuance, withdrawal, and control of all QMS documents.
- Ensure the identification, implementation, and control of all processes required for the QMS.
- Manage record monitoring and retention as per defined periods.
- Update documents and records as required by any department, following established control procedures.
- Update the company profile as needed.
- Quality System Management & Improvement:
- Responsible for the continual improvement of the QMS.
- Plan and execute Management Review Meetings and Internal Audits at defined frequencies.
- Report to management on QMS improvement initiatives and effectiveness.
- Bridge any gaps within the QMS to ensure seamless operation.
- Manage all correspondence activities with QMS certification bodies.
- Ensure resource management within the QMS framework.
- Update business plans, contingency plans, and process maps and their interactions as required.
- Training & Awareness:
- Provide training to personnel based on identified needs.
- Ensure awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Facilitate external training programs on key quality methodologies (e.g., ISO/IATF awareness, SPC, MSA, CP, PFMEA, PFD, PPAP, APQP, Internal Auditor, 7QC tools, 5’S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Mistake Proofing, Lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma).
- Performance Monitoring & Customer Focus:
- Review and monitor Quality Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage customer-related processes and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints, implement parallel correction activities at customer sites and in-house.
- Provide corrective actions and evidence feedback to all customers on technical complaints.
- Implement corrective actions and provide feedback based on improvement findings from customer audits.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on delivery performance.
- Monitor visual standards and update work instructions accordingly.
- Handle new resource requirements for different departments and provide feedback.
- Audit Management:
- Responsible for managing IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 (or ISO 45001) audits and documentation.
