Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead our digital marketing and paid media strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, possess strong technical knowledge of digital advertising, and have a proven track record in media buying, SEO, SEM, e-commerce marketing, and leading D2C sales initiatives. This role will oversee the entire paid media function, driving brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media marketing roadmap to drive brand growth.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, email, social media) to ensure brand consistency.
• Measure and optimize ROI and KPIs, while managing budgets effectively.
• Design and implement campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
• Lead and optimize social media strategies across platforms.
• Enhance online content performance using SEO, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Forecast sales trends and implement proactive strategies to capture market share.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Sales teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Inspire and lead the digital marketing team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Monitor competitors and propose innovative strategies to differentiate the brand.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in designing and executing successful paid media campaigns across platforms.
• Expertise in online media campaign models (CPC, CPM, CPL, CPD, CPI) and ROI optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Familiarity with web design and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude, data analysis, and logical reasoning abilities.
Experience Requirements
• 5–12 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, media buying, and e-commerce marketing.
• Experience with a premium brand or D2C business is highly preferred.
• Combination of agency and brand-side experience is ideal; agency-only experience will not suffice.
• Background in digital media companies, paid media management, media buying, or data analytics firms is a plus.
