Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to spearhead sales strategies and drive business growth in the North Region. The role focuses on fostering strong customer relationships, providing technical support, and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives within the cardiovascular medical device segment. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer and KOL Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase managers and interventional cardiologists at leading hospitals in the region to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Technical Support: Provide expert case support for Cathlab procedures, Excimer lasers, and lead extraction, ensuring seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets, focusing on key accounts and strategic business growth.
• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to assess the company’s product performance against competitors, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on regional marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
• Performance Accountability: Drive measurable results, contributing to significant growth in sales and market share within the assigned territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the cardiovascular or medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
• Recent experience in the medical device sector is highly desirable.
